If you are anywhere between 5 and 120 years old and would like to learn how to defend yourself or to improve your fighting skills and to strengthen your physical/psychological conditioning, T&T Combat Sambo School is for you. All you have to do is tell us your goal and we will help you to achieve it.
T&T Combat Sambo School offers special self-defense programs for kids & adults. We will help you strengthens your mental and physical abilities and generates intensive conditioning for your body. Our training will give you the advantage of self-confidence and control in the most extreme situations.
We can also give you a world-class training in fighting and prepare you for various types and levels of fighting and grappling championships. Sambo proved to be one of the most effective fighting systems at these championships. Some of the greatest sambists in ultimate fighting arena include: Fedor Emelianenko, Andrei Arlovsky, Oleg Taktarov, Igor Zinoviev, and many others.
