The Chairman of Mandate Committee Vasily Perchik gave his report, he announced that representatives of 33 National Sambo Federations from 4 continents with the right to vote, and representatives of Sambo Federations of Iran and Korea - without right to vote, participate in this Congress. The validity of mandates is checked. Asked to approve the report.
