FIAS Technical Partner Bidding Opportunity

Federation International Amateur de Sambo announces a Bidding Opportunity for sambo sport uniform manufactures to become FIAS Official Technical Partner.

1. Product name: sport uniform: kurtka, shorts, sport sambo shoes (botzovki);
2. Standards – according to international sambo rules;
3. Price of one-year license – 10,000 $ USA;
4. Product delivery – the manufacturer should deliver the product to all international FIAS federations;
5. All information and documentation (see below) should be presented in 2 out of 3 official FIAS languages (Russian, English and French);
6. WEB SITE in 2 of the official FIAS languages.

Manufacturer who wishes to bid on this contract should present FIAS the following information, documentation and documents:

1. Information about the company: productive capacity owned or rented (location, total area, facilities);
2. Information reference about the manufacturer company, its activity and management group;
3. Business offer;
4. Production samples (3-5 pieces);
5. Letters of recommendation from outside organizations (national/international);
6. Recommendation of National Federation, who uses certified product of this manufacturer in local competitions for at least 2 years;
7. Payment guarantee of one-year license of 10,000 $ USA paid to FIAS;
8. Company Articles of Organization with all the changes (2 copies);
9. Statute (2 copies);
10. Extract from Unified State Register (2 copies);
11. Certificate of Registration (2 copies);
12. Documents, confirming that the company is a manufacturer (patents, certificates of industrial designs and merchandise marks);
13. Hygienic certificates, certificates of conformance or a letter that the product is not subject to certification;
14. Bookkeeping and financial documents (company balance, profit and loss reference), certified by tax authorities and auditors;
15. Informational letter from State Authority about activity status;
16. Certificate of registration in tax authority;

Desirable Conditions:

• Manufacturer (or National Federation) provides credit cards payment through internet;
• Manufacturer (or National Federation) provides product information through internet (information on web site, e-mail advertisement);
• Manufacturer organizes and maintains advance orders system;
